Returns & shipping

• Orders go out within 2 business days of being placed.
• Ground shipping, US only.
• During cold months, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order to keep your plants safe in transit.
• Please bring your plant inside as soon as it arrives — boxes left on the porch in sun or freezing temps can stress the plant.

Lithops are tough, but mail can be rough. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor shape, we want to know — within 3 days of delivery, send us a photo at hello@giosucculents.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

One wrinkled leaf is normal — they bounce back. We're talking about real damage: crushed bodies, broken roots, mush.
