When you place an order, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name and shipping address (to get the plant to you)
• Your email address (for the receipt and shipping updates)
• Payment details (handled directly by Shopify — we never see your card number)

We also use Google Analytics to collect basic, anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used.

We use your information to fulfill your order, send you shipping notifications, and respond to any questions you ask. That's it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We never email you marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Only the services we genuinely need to run the shop:

• Shopify — stores the order and processes payment
• Our shipping carrier — to deliver your plant
• Vercel — hosts the website
• Google Analytics — anonymous traffic measurement

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to remember your preferences. Google Analytics also sets cookies to measure anonymous traffic — these don't identify you personally and are never used for advertising.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email hello@giosucculents.com and we'll get back to you within a few days.

If we change anything meaningful, we'll update this page and bump the date below. The current version is effective as of the date shown.
